We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development / Origination Manager to identify, structure, negotiate, and close real estate and land-related transactions across the Czech Republic. This role encompasses the full deal lifecycle, from sourcing and initial contact through negotiation and closing, with a focus on building and maintaining a strong commercial pipeline. This is a self-employed position based in Prague, offering a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
