About the Role:
Hostaway is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive our growth in the APAC market. We’re looking for driven, hungry sales professionals keen to make an impact. You will research and identify potential clients, conduct outbound prospecting (cold calling, email, social selling), and engage with prospects to understand their needs and communicate Hostaway's value proposition.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the APAC market.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and communicate the value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.

Requirements:

  • Previous outbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
  • Strong prospecting and cold calling skills.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • A 2nd language would be advantageous.
