Data Entry Assistant - Ryz Labs (Remote, Argentina)

Ryz Labs is seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry Assistant to join the Intake Operations team for one of its clients. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate input and quality control of data related to collectible assets, including popular trading cards like Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering. This is a remote position, exclusively for candidates based in Argentina.

About the Role

This position focuses on supporting a client's operations through precise data entry and diligent quality checks. You will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of collectible asset information within internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter asset titles and other relevant data into internal systems.
• Conduct thorough data quality checks to ensure entries meet established standards.
• Identify and flag records that require further review or correction, such as image issues or missing information.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily processing targets and meet deadlines.
• Input and verify serial numbers and other asset identifiers as needed.

Performance Goals

• Maintain an accuracy rate of 99% or higher in all data entry tasks.
• Meet all established deadlines and throughput targets for data processing.
• Submit detailed reports for any items flagged during the quality review process.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adhere to structured guidelines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and data entry.
• Previous experience with collectibles or inventory systems is considered a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
