About the Role:
SSC HR is looking for a highly creative and visionary Concept Architect to join our team. This role focuses on the initial design phase of projects, translating client needs and ideas into innovative architectural concepts that blend functionality with aesthetics. You will be responsible for bringing compelling architectural visions to life, ensuring designs are both practical and visually stunning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Create original and imaginative architectural concepts based on client briefs.
• Concept Visualization: Develop sketches, 3D models, and renderings to communicate ideas effectively.
• Research & Innovation: Stay current with new materials, technologies, and architectural trends.
• Feasibility Studies: Conduct preliminary assessments of design concepts (structural, environmental, budgetary).
• Presentation: Present architectural concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Revisions & Adaptations: Modify designs based on feedback or changing requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience: 10-15 years in concept design or architectural design.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of architectural styles, materials, and trends.
• Ability to translate abstract ideas into tangible designs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Portfolio: A strong design portfolio showcasing innovative architectural concepts is required.
• Technical Skills: Very good skills in 2D and 3D rendering software, including the use of AI for rendering.
