About the Role:
Join Remote during a transformative period as a Principal Analyst, Marketing Analytics. As the highest-level individual contributor within the Revenue Operations team, you will shape our marketing strategy. You will serve as the primary strategic partner to the Director of Planning and Analytics, VP of Growth Marketing, and executive leadership. This P5 role involves owning the long-term vision for our marketing data ecosystem, architecting frameworks that define our global marketing strategy, and pioneering advanced analytics like predictive attribution and brand equity impact.

What You Bring:

  • Professional Experience: Distinguished track record in marketing analytics, BI, or data science within high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise environments.
  • Architect-Level Attribution: Mastery in designing, scaling, and defending complex attribution frameworks (Multi-Touch, Media Mix Modeling, Unified Measurement) across non-linear buyer journeys.
  • Macro-Funnel Vision: Deep expertise in quantifying non-paid areas, including global brand health, organic ecosystems, Share of Voice (SoV), and market expansion.
  • Advanced Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in the modern data stack, including production-grade code, data modeling in dbt, optimizing Snowflake environments, and using AI/automation for analytical workflows.
  • Ecosystem Governance: Experience navigating and integrating enterprise CRMs and automation systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) with BI ecosystems (Sigma, Tableau, Looker).
  • Executive Gravitas & Communication: Exceptional ability to present complex data to C-suite executives and drive organizational change.
  • Language: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Remote-First Mindset: Strong aptitude for asynchronous communication, autonomy, and self-driven documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision & Predictive Modeling:
  • Own and evolve attribution logic, merging MTA with MMM for a unified view of performance and organic marketing.
  • Architect and maintain predictive LTV and churn models, feeding signals into ad platforms and bidding engines.
  • Partner with finance and marketing leadership on planning and drive macroeconomic forecasting models for global budget allocation.
  • Global Frameworks & Data Governance:
  • Establish global standards for measuring non-paid marketing initiatives (Share of Voice, brand sentiment, organic compounding).
  • Analyze the end-to-end B2B funnel to identify friction points and opportunities.
  • Act as the authority on marketing data integrity, partnering with Data Engineering and RevOps to design upstream data infrastructure.
  • Leadership & Innovation:
  • Serve as the technical and strategic lead for the analytics organization, mentoring senior analysts.
  • Standardize the deployment of AI, ML, and automation within the marketing analytics stack.

  • Reporting to: Senior Manager, Revenue Operations
  • Team: Revenue Operations, Revenue Planning and Analytics
  • Role Type: Individual Contributor with significant cross-functional influence.
  • Location: Prioritizing applications from locations that align with current regional team diversification strategies.
  • Start Date: As soon as possible.

Application Process:
Approximately 3.5 hours over 3 weeks, including interviews with a recruiter, hiring manager, team members, VP of Growth Marketing, and a Bar Raiser.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual Salary Range: $65,750 - $184,950 USD.
  • Compensation is determined by role, level, and location, using geo ranges to ensure competitiveness while maintaining fair, unbiased pay.
