Solutions Consultant - PriceLabs (Philippines)

PriceLabs is seeking a dynamic Solutions Consultant to join their growing Mid-Market team. This role is crucial for accelerating expansion in the APAC, AUS, and US markets by supporting small to mid-sized property managers through their onboarding and adoption of the PriceLabs revenue management solution.

This is a remote position open to individuals residing in the Philippines with a valid work permit. The role operates during APAC hours (4:30 AM to 1:00 PM Philippines Time).

About the Role

You will be the primary point of contact for new small to mid-sized property managers, guiding them from initial discovery to becoming active users. Your goal is to drive conversions by conducting compelling product demonstrations, assisting with setup, and optimizing their PriceLabs usage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new small to mid-sized property managers throughout their onboarding process.
  • Drive conversions of new prospects by conducting compelling and detailed virtual product demonstrations.
  • Assist new prospects in setting up their PriceLabs accounts and optimizing their usage based on their revenue management strategies.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate PriceLabs’ value proposition to potential clients.
  • Consistently meet and exceed performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Ops team to update and maintain CRM information for onboarded accounts.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and smooth handover of accounts that grow beyond mid-size to dedicated account management.

About You

  • Experience: 2-3+ years in a similar role (Account Executive, Customer Success, sales/customer-facing) preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Academics: Math score of 85% or above in 10th grade.
  • Skills: Adept at conducting product walk-throughs over video calls, effectively communicating product value and ROI.
  • Availability: Willing and able to work the APAC time zone.
  • Performance: Proven track record of achieving defined sales performance metrics.
  • Mindset: Data-driven, analytical, and quantitative.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation skills, and ability to build relationships.
  • Organization: Exceptionally well-organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with the short-term rental market and managing US/European clients.
