Market Executive, Canada - Trip.com Group

Trip.com Group, a leading global travel service provider, is seeking a Market Executive for its Accommodation business unit. This role will focus on developing and sustaining strong partner relationships within the Canadian market.

This is a Full-Time, Remote position based in Vancouver, Canada. The candidate must be based in Vancouver and possess valid working authorization in Canada (no sponsorship provided).

In this Role, you'll get to:

  • Assist Market Managers & Senior Market Managers in developing and sustaining strong partner relationships by providing support services to hotel partners (room types, rates, promotions, availability & content).
  • Ensure partner hotels' product is consistently optimized and competitive on external sites by operating internal portals.
  • Communicate with hotel partners on behalf of Trip to ensure a smooth customer check-in process.
  • Resolve payment disputes between hotel partners and Trip.
  • Execute effectively based on KPI metrics set by the management team.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

  • Language: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Authorization: Valid working authorization in Canada (no sponsorship).
  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent related professional experience.
  • Industry Experience (Plus): Over 1 year of working experience in hotel reservations, travel agencies, tour operators, or OTAs.
  • Attributes: Positive and enthusiastic team player with high service consciousness.
  • Skills: Detail-oriented, fast learning capability, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and comfortable in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment.
  • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
