About the Position:
The Growth Marketing Lead will spearhead the strategy and execution across Keyfactor’s two core growth motions: enterprise named-account demand generation and product-led growth (PLG) via the Test Drive program. This player-coach role requires a strategic thinker with a bias for action, adept at architecting growth strategies, experimentation frameworks, and measurement systems, while also being hands-on in program development and optimization. The ideal candidate possesses proven B2B enterprise demand-generation and PLG experience within high-growth, $200M+ ARR companies.

Responsibilities:
- Demand Programs: Design and execute multi-channel demand programs for the Named Account Model, focusing on advanced segmentation, dynamic orchestration, and prioritization to engage target accounts at scale.
- PLG Motion: Lead planning and execution for Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) acquisition, activation, and pipeline conversion through the Test Drive program.
- Measurement & Reporting: Define North Star metrics and KPIs, linking leading indicators, engagement data, and funnel metrics to Opportunity ARR and Revenue. Maintain performance dashboards and translate data into actionable insights.
- Experimentation Engine: Develop the testing roadmap and implement rigorous experimentation to optimize engagement rates, pipeline quality, and sales impact.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Manage projects and collaborate across Marketing Ops, Web, Content, Field, Customer, Brand, Product Marketing, SDR, and Sales teams to ensure full-funnel alignment and message-to-market fit.
- AI & Automation: Set and implement the AI and automation strategy across campaign operations, leading ideation for content development, deployment, and optimization.
- Mentorship: Act as a player-coach, mentoring team members and driving innovation within the Growth Marketing team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 7–9 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS, with a track record of both strategy and hands-on execution.
- Deep expertise in Enterprise B2B Growth and demand generation, with demonstrated leadership in deploying advanced segmentation and omni-channel campaign orchestration.
- Proven experience running PLG alongside enterprise named-account campaign execution.
- High data fluency with experience in multi-touch attribution models and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Dreamdata, DOMO). SQL or BI experience is a plus.
- Skilled in deploying AI and automation across omni-channel marketing workflows.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced culture.
- Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to identify gaps, build solutions, and optimize proactively.
- Mentoring experience and ability to influence cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce; ABM tooling is a plus.
Compensation:
