Partner Sales Executive - Wellhub (Hybrid)

Wellhub is revolutionizing workplace wellness and is looking for a Partner Sales Executive to join its new Partnerships team in Paris, France. This is a high-impact, ground-floor opportunity to build Wellhub's presence in France from scratch, identifying, pitching, and closing partnerships with wellness providers.

The Opportunity:
As one of the first Partner Sales Executives in France, you will play a key role in establishing our network of wellness providers. This hybrid role requires a minimum of two days per week in our Paris office. You will have real ownership from day one, introducing a global brand to new markets and shaping our long-term success in France.

Your Impact:

  • Identify and engage key decision-makers at gyms, boutiques, and wellness studios across France.
  • Lead outbound activity (cold calling, video meetings, social selling) to grow the partner network.
  • Strategically position Wellhub and communicate its value proposition to local partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to onboard high-quality wellness partners.
  • Own the onboarding and handover process for new partners, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Act as a key source of market feedback, sharing regional insights to shape supply strategy.
  • Consistently meet and exceed targets for new partner acquisitions.
  • Live the mission by championing wellbeing for yourself, colleagues, and partners.

Who You Are:

  • 1+ year of experience in high-volume B2B sales or the fitness industry; startup or "new market" experience is a plus.
  • Native-level French and fluent English communication skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
  • Skilled at building processes from scratch and taking ownership.
  • Motivated by targets and energetic in outbound activity.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
  • Passionate about networking and building professional relationships.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively.
