Director, Sales Operations - SmarterDx (Remote)

SmarterDx, a Smarter Technologies company transforming healthcare payment through clinical AI, is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Director, Sales Operations. This fully remote US-based role will lead core sales operations functions, including forecasting, pipeline management, GTM analytics, CRM governance, sales process design, and planning. You will serve as a strategic operating partner to Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Executive Leadership.

What You’ll Do:

  • Sales Operating Rhythm & Forecasting: Own and improve the sales operating cadence (forecast calls, pipeline reviews, executive reporting). Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, and accountability. Develop forecasting models.
  • Pipeline Management & Sales Process: Define, document, and enforce sales process standards. Monitor pipeline health to identify gaps. Drive cross-functional alignment around the customer lifecycle.
  • GTM Analytics & Commercial Insights: Build and maintain sales performance reporting (bookings, pipeline, conversion, win rate, etc.). Partner with Finance on planning, quota setting, and revenue forecasting. Create scalable dashboards.
  • CRM Governance & Systems Enablement: Act as a business owner for Salesforce sales processes. Define business requirements for CRM enhancements and data quality controls. Drive CRM adoption and data hygiene.
  • Planning & Cross-Functional Execution: Support territory design, quota modeling, and capacity planning. Partner with various departments to improve end-to-end commercial execution. Bring structure to ambiguous business problems.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, GTM Strategy, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience directly supporting enterprise B2B sales teams, preferably in SaaS, healthcare technology, data, AI, or revenue cycle management.
  • Strong command of Salesforce (opportunity management, reporting, forecasting, governance).
  • Advanced analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets (forecasting, capacity planning, pipeline conversion models).
  • Demonstrated ability to build executive-ready reporting and translate data into business insights.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for data quality and process discipline.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Nice to Haves: Experience in healthcare technology, provider-facing SaaS, revenue cycle management, clinical AI; experience supporting annual planning, quota design, sales compensation; experience with GTM tools (HubSpot, Clari, Gong, Outreach, etc.); familiarity with enterprise health system buying cycles.

Compensation:
$195K to $215K base + benefits.
