Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum + monthly bonus (£500–£1,200)

A growing and ambitious UK SME is seeking a driven Account Manager to join its expanding sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual early in their sales career who is eager to build strong customer relationships, develop commercially, and progress long-term within a high-performing environment. You will act as a key point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring exceptional service while identifying opportunities for account growth and new business development.

What You'll Be Doing:
As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of existing customer accounts while actively contributing to business growth:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase account spend and revenue growth.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Follow up on quotations and progress sales opportunities through to close.
  • Make proactive outbound calls to customers and prospects.
  • Support field-based sales colleagues by arranging customer visits.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management.
  • Qualify new leads and support wider business development activity.
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer experience.
