We are seeking a sales-driven leader for our client, a fast-growing, owner-managed trading company specializing in real assets, financial, and premium products. This role is for someone who doesn't just manage teams but builds sales systems. You will elevate a young sales team to the next level by separating inbound and outbound efforts, creating clear processes, professionalizing sales conversations, and driving predictable revenue growth from a substantial lead base. The company boasts a strong brand, a large customer base, modern marketing channels, and significant lead potential. The need is for someone to forge this into a scalable, data-driven sales system, while also acting as a hands-on role model at the forefront of sales.

What Makes This Role Special:

  • Abundant Leads: The client has a customer and contact base of approximately 280,000 contacts, including website visitors, cart abandoners, existing customers, and interested prospects. The challenge lies in identifying potential, systematically increasing lead quality, and building outbound processes into a repeatable, scalable revenue system.
  • Diverse Customer Segments: From individual customers with a purchase volume of €200,000 to clients investing smaller amounts regularly, requiring clean segmentation, tailored conversation strategies, and a team that can adapt to different customer types.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Take operational and strategic responsibility for a current four-person sales team (two inbound, two outbound).
  • Build and develop the team: Provide clear leadership, implement better processes, conduct consistent coaching, and foster a performance-driven culture focused on numbers, quality, and closures.
  • Work on-site closely with the team, marketing, and management, with direct influence on the sales department's development.
  • Structure Inbound and Outbound: Clearly define responsibilities and develop the existing team into a high-performance unit.
  • Develop Scalable Sales Processes: Create processes from lead prioritization and conversation guides to CRM workflows, KPI dashboards, and reporting structures. Professionalize and measure conversation management.
  • Coach the Team: Provide close daily coaching, conduct call reviews, give direct feedback, develop training formats, and help junior profiles grow into reliable sales professionals.
  • Optimize Lead Quality: Work closely with marketing and management to generate better sales opportunities from website traffic, existing customers, cart abandoners, and other data sources.
  • Be Sales-Strong: Regularly engage in sales calls, close deals, and demonstrate excellent sales techniques to the team.

Your Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience leading sales teams, with a proven ability to build or scale sales structures.
  • Strong Outbound Sales Experience: Expertise in developing sales opportunities from existing leads, customer data, and contact lists. Understanding of key KPIs, measuring conversation quality, and managing a team for activity, pipeline, conversion, and closure.
  • IT, CRM, and Process Affinity: Comfortable with tools, dashboards, telephony systems, automation, and ideally AI-driven approaches.
  • Analytical and Sales-Oriented: Ability to drive decisions based on data while also improving people's conversational skills.
  • Leadership Style: Clear, direct, and performance-oriented leadership, balanced with development, motivation, and team dynamics.
  • Industry Experience (Plus): Sales experience in financial products, real assets, premium products, or similarly advisory-intensive offerings.
  • Optional: Experience with webinar, event, or community-driven sales.
  • On-Site Requirement: Willingness to work on-site in the Schwarzwald region or relocate.

What You Can Expect:

  • OTE: €120k - €160k p.a. (open-ended, including variable team performance bonus), with a 50% fixed component. The variable compensation is highly performance-oriented and uncapped.
