About the Role

Veriff is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales for the Americas to drive revenue, oversee US and LATAM expansion, and manage the US and LATAM Sales Team (Enterprise Account Executives). This leadership role will be crucial in developing short and long-term strategy, engaging with strategic opportunities, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. You will be responsible for ensuring high growth targets are met, leading executive relationships, and bringing discipline and structure to the sales process.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure high growth targets are met through new customer acquisition.
  • Drive key decisions within the executive leadership team to develop strategy.
  • Engage with strategic opportunities, leading executive relationships and navigating long sales cycles.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a cohesive and performance-driven culture.
  • Implement discipline and structure in the sales process for optimal customer experience and accurate forecasting.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure market-leading products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Finance to implement metrics for improved revenue forecasting and resource utilization.
  • Develop best practices to enable rapid scaling and achievement of revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Align with internal stakeholders to drive impact across all markets and grow the business.

Who You Are

  • Extensive sales hunter experience serving multinational enterprise customers.
  • Strong experience with sales forecasting, metrics, coaching, and sales methodologies (mastery of MEDDICC is a plus).
  • Proven capability to lead and deliver significant growth.
  • Ability to articulate distinct aspects of services and products.
  • Skilled in defining processes, KPIs, and guidance for teams.
  • Relentless drive to achieve results, motivating, and calm under pressure.
  • Metrics-driven and process-oriented.
  • Inspirational and hands-on leader with 10+ years of experience in the US, leading senior sales contributors.
  • Ability to engage in complex discussions to assist the team.
  • Team-oriented, focused on customer success, and able to build deep relationships.
  • Strong, decisive, and action-oriented leadership style.
  • Creates strong morale, fosters open dialogue, and shares wins.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: $220,000 - $250,000 base salary + Commission.
