Momentum Worldwide is an agency of doers creating disruptive, entertaining, and unforgettable experiences for clients. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of projects, manage interdisciplinary teams, and mentor junior team members.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standards. You will be the backbone of every project, refining processes, managing communications, defining resource needs, and ensuring financial success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful execution of large-scale, complex projects, finding the most efficient path to completion.
• Author and manage detailed project plans, lead internal kick-off meetings, and communicate project approach, deliverables, timing, and resource allocations.
• Understand collective resource needs across projects and manage resource allocation changes, alleviating conflicts and identifying needs for flex staffing.
• Ensure accuracy of project documentation and adherence to agency processes.
• Communicate issues of risk and mitigation strategies to senior teammates with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Track all assets through release to production, securing appropriate approvals.
• Meticulously track project costs, ensuring accurate time reporting, fee application, resource assignments, projections, and variance analysis.
• Inspire, mentor, and lead junior team members, fostering an environment of respect, partnership, and professional development.
• Support Momentum’s Values.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within an agency setting.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and project scheduling/PM workflow web-based tools.
• Ability to provide focused interdepartmental leadership and understand production processes (print, digital, broadcast, integrated content, live events).
• Ability to manage internal teams with professionalism and finesse.
• Experience mentoring direct-reports.

Salary Range

• The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, location, and market considerations.
