Responsibilities:

• Contact inbound and outbound leads.
• Conduct discovery calls and qualify prospects.
• Follow up with leads through phone, email, and text.
• Schedule appointments and sales meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Manage sales pipelines and follow-up activities.
• Support closing opportunities and achieving sales goals.
• Build relationships with prospects and customers.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Previous sales experience.
• Appointment setting experience.
• High-ticket sales experience.
• Lead generation experience.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable making and receiving calls.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Goal-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week).
• Starting salary of USD $1,200/month, with an increase to USD $1,500/month after the first 90 days based on performance.
