About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Sales Leader to spearhead Dreamscape Learn's K12 direct sales efforts in North America. This strategic role focuses on establishing foundational school district partnerships, expanding market awareness of our story-driven VR learning experiences, and defining our long-term K12 growth trajectory. The ideal candidate is a proven top performer with a history of exceeding quotas selling innovative, high-value edtech solutions to senior district leadership (Superintendents, Chief Academic Officers, Curriculum Leaders, Boards of Education). You possess the executive presence, strategic mindset, and consultative selling skills necessary to build broad stakeholder alignment and navigate complex institutional procurement processes.

This position is ideal for entrepreneurial sales leaders who thrive in fast-moving, high-expectation environments and excel at opening new markets with cutting-edge edtech solutions. You will collaborate with internal colleagues on demand creation campaigns and represent Dreamscape Learn at industry events.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Exceed assigned quarterly and annual bookings goals.
  • Engage with Superintendents and leadership teams to qualify sales opportunities and position Dreamscape Learn as a strategic solution.
  • Establish deep executive-level client relationships, positioning Dreamscape Learn as a transformational partner.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified K12 sales opportunities to achieve revenue growth and market expansion objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to execute successful lead generation campaigns and events.
  • Assist executive leadership in shaping Dreamscape Learn's K12 growth strategy, market positioning, and long-term expansion initiatives.
  • Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and strategic feedback to inform product direction and company strategy.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sustained, proven success selling high-value, innovative educational technology solutions to senior K12 leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to evangelize and sell six-figure, category-creating education solutions within complex decision-making and procurement environments.
  • Exceptional executive communication, strategic influence, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Expert qualification and territory management skills.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity and building scalable market strategies.
  • Experience in high-growth, innovative, or category-defining organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the evolving K12 landscape, including instructional innovation, digital transformation, and emerging learning models.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
