Patreon is seeking an experienced Android Engineer to join our mission to fund the creative class. As a key member of our team, you will own and deliver impactful Android features that empower creators on our platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive technical design, and contribute to a scalable, well-tested, and maintainable codebase.

About the Role:

• Own and deliver well-scoped Android product feature milestones that help creators create content on Patreon.
• Drive the technical design of scalable, well-tested, and maintainable components.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Champion innovative solutions to enhance the usability and engagement of discovery features.

About You:

• 3+ years of experience in mobile software development.
• Proficiency in Kotlin.
• Experience with modern web technologies, specifically REST.
• Solid communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional team members.
• Eagerness to take on new challenges and expand your skill set.
• Commitment to building a strong product-minded engineering culture through mentoring and guidance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Location:
