Assistant CRM Manager

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Assistant CRM Manager to deliver best-in-class customer communications across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels. This role is crucial in executing and optimizing CRM campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will leverage platforms like Braze and Movable Ink, and utilize AI tools to enhance campaign performance and customer experience.

About the Role:

• CRM Campaign Execution: Support planning, briefing, building, QA, and deployment of CRM campaigns. Build and manage customer journeys and automated lifecycle campaigns within Braze. Coordinate campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery.
• Personalisation & Customer Experience: Leverage customer data and segmentation for targeted communications. Use Movable Ink for dynamic content. Identify opportunities to improve engagement through behavioral targeting.
• AI & Innovation: Utilize AI tools and automation to improve CRM effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability (e.g., subject line generation, copy personalization, segmentation, send-time optimization, predictive targeting, content recommendations, campaign analysis). Stay informed on AI trends and recommend innovative approaches.
• Mobile App CRM: Support CRM activity across the app funnel (acquisition, activation, engagement, feature adoption, revenue). Build, test, and optimize mobile-first journeys. Identify opportunities to connect site and app behavior.
• Reporting & Insights: Monitor and report on campaign performance using Looker and CRM analytics. Analyze key metrics and deliver actionable insights. Support A/B and multivariate testing.
• Process & Optimisation: Support CRM best practices. Streamline campaign workflows using automation and AI. Ensure all communications are accurate, on-brand, and customer-focused.

About You:

• Experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Braze experience is an advantage).
• Experience using reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Looker).
• Strong analytical mindset with confidence interpreting campaign performance data.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:

• Experience with Movable Ink or dynamic content platforms.
• Experience using AI tools within marketing workflows.
• Understanding of automation, predictive marketing, or AI-driven personalization.
• Basic HTML/email build knowledge.
• Experience in retail, beauty, fashion, or e-commerce environments.
