Key Account Manager - International Markets

OBDeleven, a leader in making car tech easy and accessible, is seeking a Key Account Manager to expand its presence across international markets. You will build and manage strong relationships with distributors, resellers, workshop networks, marketplaces, and strategic partners, driving growth and identifying new business opportunities.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key B2B partners, distributors, resellers, marketplaces, and workshop networks.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, promotions, partnership agreements, and business terms.
  • Identify and onboard new business opportunities across automotive, retail, workshop, fleet, and distribution channels.
  • Monitor account performance, forecast sales, and proactively address commercial or operational challenges.
  • Develop growth plans for strategic partners and lead regular business reviews.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Represent OBDeleven at international meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, operations, and customer support teams to drive partner success.

We Expect:

  • 4+ years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Partnership Management.
  • Proven experience managing strategic clients, distributors, or commercial partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities.
  • Ability to grow existing accounts, not just maintain them.
  • Experience working with sales targets, forecasts, and business performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-driven approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when needed.
  • Strong spoken and written English skills.
