Senior Marketing Manager, Hayu (Europe)

About the Role:
This is a rare opportunity to play an integral role in the international growth of the Hayu brand. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will deliver multi-media campaigns (ATL, TTL, BTL), partnerships, and fandom-focused events across several European markets, including the UK and Ireland. You will support the Senior Marketing Director in interpreting the global brand strategy and executing campaigns that resonate locally and meet DTC and B2B business objectives.

The ideal candidate is passionate about reality TV and marketing, with an eagerness to work in a digital, data-driven business. You should be capable of building strategy, developing tactical campaigns, and possess a balanced creative and analytical mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on the creation and development of key tentpole marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Support the collation of post-campaign analysis reports to inform future strategies.
  • Tailor global campaigns and produce locally nuanced regional campaigns for specific territories.
  • Leverage data and insights from research teams to develop highly targeted and optimized campaigns.
  • Manage workflows for creative concepting, briefing, and coordination with in-house Creative teams and external agencies.
  • Ensure local compliance for all marketing activities across responsible territories.
  • Own and manage territory budgets, including day-to-day financial management of POs and invoicing.
  • Act as a brand champion for Hayu, evaluating and refining the brand proposition and tone of voice across all media touchpoints.
  • Manage PR/Creative/Media agencies to develop effective PR/Marketing plans for responsible territories.
  • Work cohesively with in-house PR and Social teams to execute brand/content activations, identify influencers, and deliver press releases.
  • Manage stakeholders and build collaborative relationships internally (Marketing, PR, Creative, Finance, Legal, Research, Content, Commercial, Product) and externally (Commercial Partners, Brand Partners, Agencies).
  • Collaborate with Ad Sales, Business Operations, and Commercial Teams to execute promotional initiatives and brand partnerships.
  • Create and execute presentations and pitches for internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with multiple B2B partners across media, tech, and telcos to co-create and execute effective marketing activity.

Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:

  • Proven track record of defining strategy and translating it into tactical plans.
  • Experience in working in large-scale events.
  • Experience in brand partnerships and event sponsorships.
  • Experience in managing commercial partnerships.
  • Sound financial acumen for budget management and analysis.
  • Demonstrated execution of 360 integrated campaigns and ATL marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communicator able to influence and present campaigns from ideation to post-campaign reports.
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong digital marketing literacy and understanding of managing digital brands.
  • Strong understanding of media planning and execution.
  • 5+ years of experience in a B2C brand role within the media, entertainment industry, or a digital female brand preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant marketing experience.

Desired Characteristics:

  • SVOD/OTT experience highly desirable.
  • Enjoyment and strong knowledge of reality TV.
  • Experience working on brands targeting a female millennial consumer.
  • Experience working across European Markets.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Must be internationally mobile.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
