  • Manage and evolve the event tech stack to support an AI-first, data-driven approach, while overseeing external agencies and production partners.

What You Bring

  • 7-10 years of experience leading high-impact events in a B2B environment, with a proven ability to drive pipeline, revenue, and brand visibility.
  • Track record of owning complex event portfolios (conferences, hosted events, executive programs) and delivering them flawlessly under pressure.
  • Ability to operate fluidly across levels and stakeholders in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strength in managing and optimizing large-scale event budgets while achieving or exceeding ROI targets.
  • Relentless focus on project management with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines, teams, and priorities.
  • Fluency in latest event platforms and marketing tech, including Bizzabo, Zoom Webinars, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
