About the Role

The Advanced Analytics team at Peacock is seeking a Manager of Advanced Analytics to lead a team focused on understanding user engagement, retention, and relationship building across Peacock and NBCU's digital apps. What You’ll Do

  • Lead cross-product analysis for Peacock and NBCU's TVE apps to identify user behaviors and content patterns driving engagement and retention.
  • Design, measure, and report on OKRs related to subscriber health, product performance, and retention.
  • Build forecasting models to guide business planning and scenario simulations.
  • Develop and quality assurance (QA) data pipelines and Tableau dashboards to surface actionable insights for product, growth, and leadership teams.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Data Engineering to set up, measure, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Detect and resolve data integrity issues across platforms to ensure analytical accuracy and reliability.
  • Manage and mentor one direct report, fostering their technical, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Present complex findings clearly and engagingly to inspire confident action.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 4+ years in analytics, with at least 1 year of management or mentoring experience.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong SQL skills (Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery) with an emphasis on efficient, optimized queries.
  • Proficiency in Tableau for building self-serve dashboards and executive-ready visual narratives.
  • Comfort with experimentation and statistical methods (A/B testing, statistical significance, regression, clustering).
  • Communication & Collaboration:
  • Excellent communicator skilled at simplifying complex data and influencing decision-makers.
  • Collaborative, personable, and curious, blending technical skill with business acumen.
  • Detail-oriented and driven to complete projects.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics or automation.
  • Background in direct-to-consumer, digital media, or streaming businesses.
  • Experience with Amplitude, Adobe Clickstream data, mParticle, Launch Darkly.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Office Contribution: Minimum three days per week. This will increase to a minimum of four days per week starting January 5, 2026. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible)
