About Facet

Facet was founded in 2016 with the mission to empower people to live more enriched lives by delivering a new standard of financial advice. By removing asset minimums, we provide holistic planning that goes far beyond investments. Our team of CFP® professionals is at the core of our service, empowered by best-in-class support teams and a proprietary technology platform. We redefine the industry for our members and our team alike.

We are recognized nationally, including being ranked the #1 Best Financial Advisory Firm 2025 by USA TODAY and named to Newsweek’s list of America’s Top Financial Advisory Firms 2025. We hold an A+ BBB Rating and a Trustpilot “Excellent” score.

About the Role

Facet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive our internal tooling initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Product, this senior role requires a strong understanding of internal customers, their values, decision drivers, and how to shape the best experience for them. You will drive both the ‘why’ and ‘what’ of our internal tools.

We are looking for individuals proficient in building internal tooling with a customer-focused mindset. Previous product management experience in finance is welcome but not required; a personal interest in personal finance is a plus.

This is an AI-forward role, expecting team members to build AI prototypes, use AI for requirements, and potentially deploy features end-to-end. Live AI coding interviews will be part of the process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal customer research and analyze data to identify needed experiences.
  • Estimate potential upside, understand resourcing, and build business cases for feature investment.
  • Prioritize and sequence features, building product roadmaps based on qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gain buy-in and refine understanding.
  • Define product requirements and oversee execution and product launches, deciding on interventions as features or experiments, and iterating to optimize experiences.
  • Own execution end-to-end, including AI prototyping and analysis, with support from the data team.
  • Drive business metrics as the ultimate owner of your product area.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Interest in personal finance and financial products.
  • Builder mindset with the ability to drive large cross-functional initiatives.
  • Analytical dexterity, proficiency with data analysis and customer research.
  • Strong skills in solution scoping and prioritization frameworks.
  • Excellent ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Curiosity, open-mindedness, and a drive for constant learning.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience building products or startups from 0 to 1.

Benefits

  • $180,000 - $230,000 base salary + bonus determined by experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Equity (ISO).
  • Flexible PTO.
  • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, short and long-term disability coverage, life insurance options, and paid parental leave.
  • Certification reimbursement program.
  • Work from anywhere in the US.

About the Company Rankings and Recognition:

  • Ranked #1 Best Financial Advisory Firm 2025 by USA TODAY (April 2025).
  • Accredited with the Better Business Bureau® since June 2025, holding an A+ BBB Rating as of February 2026.
  • Named to Newsweek’s list of America’s Top Financial Advisory Firms 2025 (data as of September 2024).
  • 4.8-star rating with TrustPilot.com as of February 25, 2026 (reviews from January 2022 to present).
