Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to own measurement and insight across our marketing channels (email, direct mail, digital). This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, data, and technical execution. You will transform campaign and behavioral data into clear, actionable analysis that drives decisions at every level, from channel owners to the executive team.
You will serve as the analytical backbone of the marketing organization, defining performance measurement, designing experiments, building data models for reporting, and translating complex analysis into actionable recommendations. You will partner closely with channel owners, data engineering, finance, and product to align on attribution, measurement standards, and key metrics.
This is a hands-on, high-impact individual contributor role requiring the experience and technical expertise to function successfully and independently in a complex, fast-moving environment. You should be comfortable writing SQL, debugging tracking tags, and presenting in-depth analysis to senior leaders.
Responsibilities
Channel Performance Measurement & Analytics:
- Measure and report on performance across email, direct mail, and digital, defining metrics, building reports, and surfacing insights.
- Own digital analytics end-to-end, including event tracking and tagging strategy, and partner with engineering to ensure accurate data capture.
- Build and maintain attribution and marketing mix models to quantify channel contribution and guide budget allocation.
- Analyze paid channel performance (spend efficiency, ROAS, incrementality) and translate findings into optimization recommendations.
Experimentation & Testing:
- Design, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring sound experiment design, statistical rigor, and clear interpretation of results.
- Establish testing standards and a roadmap of experiments to continuously improve channel and campaign performance.
Data Modeling & Engineering:
- Build and maintain reliable, well-documented data models in Snowflake using dbt and SQL.
- Connect and integrate data from martech and ad platforms via APIs into unified, analysis-ready datasets.
Insights & Communication:
- Translate analysis into clear, well-structured narratives and deliver decision-ready insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, finance, and product to align on definitions, attribution, and measurement standards.
AI-Powered Analysis & Innovation:
- Use AI tools such as Claude to accelerate analysis (drafting queries, exploring data, summarizing findings, prototyping).
- Continuously evaluate emerging analytics capabilities and recommend adoption where valuable.

- Working knowledge of attribution, marketing mix modeling, and paid channel analysis.
- Solid understanding of A/B testing (experiment design, sample sizing, significance, interpretation).
- Practical understanding of analytics tagging and tracking, and how APIs work for data integration.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand tracking implementation and debug data collection.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools such as Claude to support analysis, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of presenting in-depth analysis to senior leadership.
