About the Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Jellyvision, you will be a key driver in filling our sales pipeline by initiating engaging, multi-channel conversations with potential prospects. You will act as the crucial first point of contact, identifying needs and setting the stage for productive sales conversations with Account Executives and Channel Sales Managers.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business by initiating contact with qualified prospects at US employers.
  • Conduct 80-100 cold calls daily.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator effectively.
  • Craft personalized, high-touch emails demonstrating excellent written communication skills.
  • Identify prospect pain points through diligent research on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and company websites.
  • Set a minimum of 3-7 qualified meetings per week, depending on territory and product.
  • Source and research new prospects daily on LinkedIn and other resources, adding 30-50 new prospects into sequences each day.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales processes.
  • Strategize with your manager on effective and creative sales methods.
  • Transform cold calls into informative and delightful experiences.

Success will be measured by metrics including cold calls and emails made, and qualified meetings set.

Experience & Skills You'll Need

  • 2+ years of outbound outreach experience as a Business or Sales Development Representative. High-volume cold calling and emailing experience is required.
  • Comfortable speaking with high-level executives over the phone.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of diligence and accountability.
  • Aptitude for research and discovery.

The Details

  • Location: Remote
  • Compensation: This role is eligible for commission with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $80,000 - $90,000.
