What You'll Do:
Brex seeks a strategic and creative Customer Marketing Manager to design and execute scalable programs that drive acquisition, retention, and expansion. You will craft powerful customer stories, build an effective customer reference program, and manage the creation of high-performing content like case studies and customer videos. You will also manage customer logo rights to enhance social proof.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a robust customer reference program.
  • Identify strategic customer advocates and lead the development of customer content (case studies, videos, testimonials).
  • Maintain a scalable library of customer proof points for PR, thought leadership, and events.
  • Lead content development for customer speaker presentations at major events and webinars.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of customer marketing campaigns.
  • Manage customer logo rights approvals and maintain a database of approved logos.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders on leveraging customer content and references.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing (B2B preferred; finance or tech a plus).
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills across multiple formats and channels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring program impact.
  • Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and the role of customer marketing.

Where You'll Work:
This role is based in our New York City office within a hybrid environment, requiring a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Up to four weeks per year of fully remote work is available.

Compensation:
The expected salary range for this role is USD $131,984 - $164,980. Starting base pay depends on factors including location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided.
