About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product UX Designer to join our team in France and help shape polished, scalable, and high-performing experiences for an enterprise SaaS platform. This role requires strong UX fundamentals, excellent UI craft, a keen sense of visual taste, and the ability to apply a well-defined brand system with precision across complex product surfaces. You should be comfortable designing for high-information-density environments, complex states, multi-level navigation, and enterprise users who need clarity, speed, and confidence in their workflows.

Your Scope:

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to turn complex problems into simple, elegant, and usable solutions.
• Contribute to product discovery, user flows, interaction design, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI, ensuring consistency with brand, design system, and technical constraints.
• Strengthen and evolve our design system, including tokens, components, layout rules, documentation, and scalable patterns.
• Understand how design systems function across Figma and code, collaborating with engineers on implementation details, component behavior, accessibility states, and front-end feasibility.
• Be fluent in AI-assisted design workflows, directing, evaluating, and refining AI output with strong design judgment. Familiarity with tools like Figma AI/MCP, Cursor, Claude, Codex, or similar AI coding and design workflows is a strong plus.
• Be curious about how AI can accelerate design work while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

What we look for:

• At least 7 years of experience designing polished interfaces for B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, data, analytics, developer tools, or B2B technical products.
• Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly explain design decisions, including typography, spacing, color, hierarchy, interaction states, and accessibility.
• Systems thinking: ability to work with design tokens, reusable components, documentation, and product patterns at scale.
• Collaborative, pragmatic, and able to balance user needs, business goals, brand fidelity, and technical constraints.
