Why This Role is Important

Product Marketing Managers are crucial for aligning product strategy with business strategy to drive success. They act as product evangelists and customer experts, playing an integral role in product launches from internal readiness to external rollout and ongoing optimization. As an Associate Product Marketing Manager, you will support the broader Product Marketing team on larger launches (Tier 1-3) while independently owning smaller launches (Tier 4-5) and customer communication projects.

What You'll Get to Do

• Partner with Product and Product Marketing teams on larger Tier 1-3 feature launches, providing executional support for content development (Help Center content, customer-facing slides, 1-pagers, email copy), internal training for Customer Experience and Support teams, and more.
• Plan, scope, and execute Tier 4-5 feature launches, collaborating with stakeholders like Product Managers, Provider Experience, and Support to define release scope and timelines. Develop necessary internal and external deliverables, including launch plans, communication plans, email/website copy, customer-facing slides, and Help Center content.
• Contribute to monthly product release notes for buyers and providers, ensuring updated information across monthly email newsletters, the release notes webpage, and supporting blog posts with details and images.
• Monitor post-launch adoption metrics (e.g., feature usage) and user actions requiring intervention (e.g., app updates).

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have

• 3-5+ years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, product documentation, or customer education, ideally within a B2B SaaS company.
• Exceptional written and spoken English, with proven experience in writing and editing, and the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and compelling content.
• Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and work effectively across multiple teams.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate autonomously and problem-solve independently.
