Role Overview:

New York Life is seeking a highly skilled Complex Data Exchange Specialist to manage the end-to-end process, practice, and project implementation of electronic data interfaces. This role is crucial in supporting our Life, Accident, Disability, Family Medical Leave products, and various service offerings, with a strong emphasis on National Accounts and highly complex data integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and management of electronic data interfaces with clients.
• Ensure seamless data exchange processes for Life, Accident, Disability, and Family Medical Leave products.
• Focus on integrations for National Accounts and complex data scenarios.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to troubleshoot and resolve data exchange issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing complex data integrations and electronic data interchange (EDI).
• Strong understanding of data exchange processes within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
