Role: Salesforce Engagement Manager (Project Manager / Business Analyst)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Engagement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between client needs and Salesforce solutions, leveraging your project management and business analysis skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Facilitate communication between clients, development teams, and stakeholders.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure the successful adoption and delivery of Salesforce solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in Salesforce environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
