We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps / Observability Engineer to join our team. This role requires strong expertise in New Relic telemetry, monitoring, and PagerDuty alert management to support and optimize the observability ecosystem for the TRAIT application. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage New Relic for comprehensive application monitoring and telemetry.
• Configure and optimize PagerDuty for effective alert management and incident response.
• Develop and maintain observability dashboards and reporting.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in system performance and reliability.
• Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure automation.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in New Relic (telemetry, monitoring).
• Proven experience with PagerDuty (alert management).
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
