The Challenge:
Nearly 80% of enterprise data is unstructured (e.g., PDFs), creating a critical bottleneck for digital workflows. Traditional approaches like OCR and basic ML fail to reliably extract information from complex PDFs, leading to wasted hours and the need for specialized engineering pipelines for every document type.

Reducto's Solution:
Reducto breaks document layouts into subsections and contextually parses each based on content type. This is achieved through a combination of vision models, LLMs, and proprietary heuristics. We enable you to:

• Accurately extract text and tables from non-standard layouts.
• Automatically convert graphs to tabular data and summarize images.
• Extract important fields from complex forms using natural language instructions.
• Build powerful retrieval pipelines using Reducto’s document metadata.
