Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring safety aspects on the shop floor and in all cold end activities within Float Line 1. The operator will be responsible for achieving plan actualization and minimizing deviations across all products. Key responsibilities include maximizing quality products, reducing claims in the mainline, minimizing cold end-related losses and breakdowns, and driving 5S improvements in the Cold End area.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety aspects in the shop floor and in all cold end activities in Float Line 1.
• Responsible for achieving plan actualization and minimizing deviations in all products.
• Responsible for maximizing quality products and claim reduction in the mainline.
• Responsible for minimizing cold end-related losses and breakdowns.
• Responsible for 5S improvements in the Cold End.
