The Role

Parsec is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead, develop, and scale its team of Enterprise Account Executives. This role is responsible for driving predictable ARR growth, improving sales execution, and fostering a high-performance culture. You will translate corporate strategy into actionable plans, coach sellers through complex MES opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate pipeline creation and deal velocity. This is an ideal opportunity for a proven enterprise sales leader in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Coach Enterprise Sales Team: Provide leadership, mentorship, and deal coaching; conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and forecast inspections; establish and monitor KPIs; reinforce sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC).
  • Sales Strategy, Forecasting & Territory Planning: Translate growth objectives into strategies and quota allocations; maintain accurate forecasts; partner with Marketing, Solution Engineering, and Channel teams to improve pipeline generation; analyze sales performance.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Executive Reporting: Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and other teams; provide market feedback to influence strategy; deliver executive-level reporting on bookings, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Recruiting, Onboarding & Sales Enablement: Forecast hiring needs, recruit talent, lead onboarding initiatives, and drive ongoing enablement programs.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including 5+ years leading quota-carrying enterprise sellers.
  • Demonstrated success scaling ARR growth in high-growth SaaS businesses.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC).
  • Proven ability to forecast accurately, coach effectively, and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills.
  • Experience developing high-performing sales teams and scalable sales processes.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience selling MES, industrial software, or related enterprise platforms.
  • Existing network within the industrial software ecosystem.
  • Experience leading CRM or sales process transformation initiatives.
