The Role
Parsec is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead, develop, and scale its team of Enterprise Account Executives. This role is responsible for driving predictable ARR growth, improving sales execution, and fostering a high-performance culture. You will translate corporate strategy into actionable plans, coach sellers through complex MES opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate pipeline creation and deal velocity.
