About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Product Manager to independently lead strategic initiatives across media-driven experiences and enterprise trust & safety capabilities. This role demands a high degree of autonomy, requiring you to own your product area end-to-end and drive progress with minimal oversight. You will shape how we leverage media to simplify the claims journey and ensure trusted interactions across our ecosystem, operating at the intersection of customer experience innovation and platform integrity.
As the primary point of accountability, you will own the strategy, vision, roadmap, delivery, and lifecycle management of your product, ensuring all efforts drive measurable business outcomes. You will partner with subject matter experts, validate assumptions through discovery, and translate insights into clear priorities, navigating complex stakeholder dynamics and making confident decisions.

- Own the strategy, vision, roadmap, delivery, and lifecycle management for your product area.
- Drive alignment, resolve conflicts, and ensure consistent forward progress across operations, customer experience, and technology.
- Partner with subject matter experts to understand challenges and validate assumptions through discovery.
- Translate insights into clear priorities and drive initiatives forward.
- Define desired outcomes and enable teams to deliver best-in-class customer and agent experiences.

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a product manager within a technology development environment.
- Experience driving measurable business or product outcomes and breaking down work into iterative, incremental delivery.
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and driving alignment across teams.
- BA/BS Degree.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of AI technologies (LLMs, GenAI, and Agentic AI).
- Previous Scrum Master or Project Management experience.
