About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Senior Associate Graphic Designer to join our remote team. This role is crucial in visually communicating our public health initiatives and program successes. You will be responsible for creating compelling and informative design materials that align with our mission and resonate with our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a wide range of graphic materials, including reports, presentations, infographics, web graphics, and branding assets.
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, accurate, and effectively communicate complex information.
• Collaborate with program managers and consultants to understand project needs and translate them into impactful visual designs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience designing for public health or government sector clients is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
