About the Role:
The Sr. Project Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing Transcarent’s strategic initiatives within Care Delivery. This position requires strong project leadership, exceptional cross-functional execution, and disciplined delivery governance. You will be instrumental in driving critical projects forward, ensuring alignment across teams, and delivering successful outcomes that enhance our care delivery models.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex projects within the Care Delivery strategic initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
• Implement and maintain disciplined project governance and delivery processes.
• Serve as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, providing clear communication and updates.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure timely and successful completion of project milestones and objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing complex initiatives.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and execution abilities.
• Experience in healthcare or related fields is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, budget, and timelines effectively.
