We are focused on delivering measurable growth for our clients across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google, encompassing Paid Media, UGC, Creative Strategy, and Measurement & Attribution.

Your Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, ensuring regular and effective communication.
• Performance Analysis: Continuously analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and derive proactive measures to meet client needs and ensure high satisfaction.
• Campaign Optimization: Take ownership of ongoing campaign optimization to achieve client objectives.
• Client Portfolio Management: Independently manage a portfolio typically consisting of 2 large and 4-5 medium-sized clients.
• Creative Briefing: Create precise briefs for the Creative teams.
• Revenue Responsibility: Drive client retention and revenue growth as the central interface between the client and the agency.

Qualifications:

• Meta Ads Expertise: In-depth and fundamental knowledge of Meta Ads is a mandatory requirement.
• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in independently managing clients within performance marketing.
• Growth Mindset: A strong growth mindset and keen interest in new tools and industry developments.
• Self-Organization: High ability for self-organization and initiative to thrive in our flexible agency structure.
• Bonus: Knowledge of TikTok Ads.
