About the ATC

Our Advanced Technology Center (ATC) is a unique testing and research lab, functioning as an ecosystem powered by our WWT Platform. It provides engineers and architects with exclusive resources, guidance, and tools, including Labs, Learning Paths, a Cyber Range, Proof of Concepts, Lab Hosting Programs, and WWT Research. These offerings support our customers, partners, and internal employees in training and education on the latest technology solutions.

The Role: Systems Administrator

The Systems Administrator will handle the day-to-day support of the ATC's core storage, compute, and virtual services. This position reports to the ATC Systems & Cloud Manager.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Provide first-level support for customers utilizing ATC core systems and services.
• Troubleshoot common system problems.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve complex technical issues.
• Communicate with ATC stakeholders via ServiceNow, email, or instant message.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in ServiceNow or Wiki.
• Provision storage, compute, or virtual environments to support customer engagements (labs, POCs, demos).
• Provide guidance to ATC stakeholders regarding storage, compute, and virtualization for customer engagements.
• Monitor critical ATC services.
• Assist with regular maintenance activities.
• Maintain and support ATC core services.
• Monitor and work within the support queue.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

Education:

• College degree or equivalent work experience.

Certifications:

• VMware, NetApp, Linux, or Windows certifications are preferred but not required.

Work Experience:

• 1+ years of systems administration experience.
• Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Experience with VMware, Linux, and Windows technologies.
• Experience with NetApp storage arrays.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform are a plus.
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $62,000 - $78,000 annually (estimated base pay).
