About the Role:

As a Senior SEO Strategist, you will focus on high-value clients, elevating client services to new levels of excellence. You will provide strategic oversight of ranking plans, communicate directly with key clients, and offer sophisticated support to Account Managers. Your expertise will be crucial for delivering exceptional results, safeguarding revenue through strategic upsells and renewals, and protecting client investments. You will proactively monitor performance and industry trends, anticipate challenges, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to ensure our services remain unparalleled in the evolving digital landscape.

What Your Success Will Look Like:

  • Provide specialized support for high-value clients, including direct communication, strategic oversight of ranking plans, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement advanced SEO strategies tailored to high-value clients.
  • Contribute to product revenue growth by identifying and executing upselling opportunities within the high-value client portfolio.
  • Conduct pre-launch audits for new VIP clients to ensure seamless onboarding and successful launch.
  • Analyze and create organic ranking goals, implementing tailored strategies to enhance visibility and drive targeted traffic.
  • Act as a senior-level resource, mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Who You Are And What You Bring:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in high-value client-facing roles within an SEO environment.
  • Strong understanding of organic ranking strategies and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms.
  • Experience with upselling and revenue growth strategies is a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the capacity to oversee and optimize complex plans.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually (exclusive of fringe benefits). Actual compensation determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Hiring at the maximum of the range is atypical to allow for future growth.
  • The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities (discretionary bonuses or commissions).
