What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Product Designer, you will craft user experiences that connect parents, coaches, and players. You'll partner closely with product and engineering teams to drive features from discovery through execution, playing a key role in establishing consistency, ease of use, and innovation across TeamSnap's consumer experiences.

• Design high-impact, consistent, and intuitive user experiences across platforms, informed by market trends, customer feedback, and quantitative data.
• Conduct user research and leverage insights to define product requirements, using sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to guide ideation.
• Employ a data-driven approach, balancing design decisions with user research, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to refine requirements, validate designs, and iterate based on feedback.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality designs with a sense of urgency.
• Shape, improve, and maintain the TeamSnap design system.
• Partner with marketing designers to ensure brand consistency across all digital products.

What Will Set You Up for Success:

• 4+ years of experience as a product designer or similar role, building digital products with increasing responsibility.
• Degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent.
• Experience in web and app development; B2B and B2C software experience is a bonus.
• An online portfolio demonstrating the ability to translate high-level ideas into strong UX and creative solutions with proven success metrics.
• Expertise in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience collaborating closely with and influencing product, engineering, and marketing teams, synthesizing feedback from peers and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and the cost/benefit trade-offs of different design solutions.

Compensation:

• The minimum starting point for this role is $130,000, inclusive of base and bonus. Compensation will be adjusted based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

Location:

• TeamSnap is a fully remote company. Candidates must be comfortable working across different time zones. We hire permanent US residents and have a list of states where we do not hire (Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and West Virginia).
