Account Executive, Mid-Market Customer Sales

About the Role:
Are you a high-energy sales professional ready to make a tangible impact on the global construction industry using cutting-edge technology? Trimble is looking for a passionate problem-solver like you to drive growth within our Mid-Market segment. You will be the primary growth driver for our AECO software portfolio, acting as a strategic partner to our customers by uncovering critical pain points and shaping the future of digital construction through high-impact expansion and relationship building.

About Us:
Trimble is a global technology company that connects the physical and digital worlds, transforming the ways work gets done. Our AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the growth of established AECO accounts by uncovering expansion opportunities and delivering solutions that address critical business needs.
  • Orchestrate the end-to-end buying process, collaborating with product experts and engineers to close medium and large-scale software contracts.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by researching territory trends and developing long-range strategic sales plans.
  • Cultivate deep relationships across multiple customer personas to expand the scope and impact of Trimble's digital ecosystem.
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets while staying at the forefront of product innovation and construction industry trends.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of proven success selling SaaS solutions with a focus on strategy and negotiation.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding an annual quota of at least $1M.
  • Advanced communication skills with the ability to present effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite for managing complex sales cycles and territory planning.

Bonus Points For:

  • Prior experience within the MEP construction industry or selling SaaS specifically for construction stakeholders.
  • Expertise in navigating complex multi-level organizational structures within the AECO market.

Logistics:

  • Travel Requirement: Average 20%, up to 50%

Compensation:

  • OTE Salary + Commission: $160k-170k
  • Base Salary: $49,500.00–$68,200.00
  • Commission Eligible: Yes
  • Bonus Eligible: No
