You'll Get To:

• Guide and nurture high-performing software engineers, providing clear direction and actionable feedback.
• Distill team scope and lead hiring efforts to build a balanced and effective engineering unit.

• Develop a deep understanding of local systems to make informed architectural decisions.

Who We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of recent experience managing a Product Engineering team of four or more engineers.
• 7+ years of industry experience deploying applications across large codebases with many contributors.
• Ability to fluently translate, document, and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong technical foundations to navigate product engineering tradeoffs.
• A manager who prioritizes an inclusive culture of psychological safety alongside technical rigor.

Cash Compensation Range:

• €93,000 - €143,000 EUR
• Base salary will vary based on job-related criteria including skills, experience, and location.
• Eligible for stock options.
