Performance Marketing Specialist (100% Remote)

About the Role:

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. This fully remote position focuses on creating, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. You will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition and engagement through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEM, social media, display).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics.
• Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPA, and other performance indicators.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Demonstrated success in creating and optimizing paid marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads platforms).
• Proficiency in SEM, social media advertising, and other digital marketing channels.
• Excellent understanding of marketing KPIs and attribution models.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• 100% Remote position.
