  • Apply emerging AI technologies to R&D challenges, prototyping novel approaches.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of work experience as a Data Scientist or equivalent role producing models and analytics for business applications.

  • Experience building and deploying machine learning models.
  • Proficiency in data engineering and data pipelines.
  • Skill in using advanced data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Mastery of programming languages (Python and SQL), version control (Git), and ability to learn new tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong leadership skills, and ability to communicate insights strategically.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Nice to Haves:

  • Domain expertise in organizing and advocacy.
  • Experience with voter file data and campaign data science.
  • Familiarity with data engineering tools like dbt and Dagster.
  • Experience with polling methodologies, survey analysis, and multilevel regression and poststratification (MRP) modeling.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Location & Compensation:
This is a full-time, salaried position open to candidates anywhere in the United States. The starting salary is $183,013. A comprehensive benefits package is included.

Benefits:

  • 100% premium coverage for health, vision, and dental insurance for employees and qualifying family members.
