(Junior) Performance Marketer (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben (Responsibilities)

• Performance & Social Media Marketing: Set up and continuously optimize campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms for maximum performance.
• Google Ads (SEA): Strategically plan and hands-on implement search engine advertising campaigns.
• PR & Media Planning: Research third-party channels, plan measures, and implement them with the team. Coordinate media planning for external partners.
• E-Mail-Marketing: Concept and operationally implement email campaigns. Prior knowledge is a plus, but we're happy to teach you everything you need to know.
• Analysis & Optimization: Monitor KPIs, measure campaign success, and derive concrete optimization measures.

• Initial Experience in Performance Marketing: You have operational experience in setting up and managing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn.
• Social Media Affinity: You understand how social media platforms work and are eager to run and optimize paid campaigns.
• Analytical Thinking: You work data-driven, keep an eye on key figures, and derive meaningful actions from them.
• Hands-On Mentality: You work pragmatically, solution-oriented, and enjoy trying, testing, and implementing things immediately.
• Willingness to Learn: You have a good operational foundation and are eager to delve deeper into strategic topics with our support.
• Team Player Mentality: You enjoy working with a cross-functional team, sharing your knowledge, actively seeking feedback, and incorporating new perspectives into your work.
