About the Role

Parallelz is seeking a Product Manager, Growth & Partnerships to shape the adoption of its innovative platform among developers, publishers, and partners in the mobile gaming industry. This hybrid product and commercial role sits at the intersection of customer needs, platform capabilities, and strategic roadmap development. You will work directly with the leadership team to translate market signals into product clarity and drive commercial momentum. A key aspect of this role involves end-to-end ownership of pilots, from opportunity framing and solution scoping with engineering to integrating insights back into the product. You will be a core practitioner of AI-native ways of working, utilizing AI and agentic systems to significantly expand the scope of research, outreach, customer development, and product execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the partner lifecycle from initial conversation through signed pilot, launch, and early expansion, engaging with developers, publishers, and platform partners across the mobile ecosystem.
  • Translate customer insights into product requirements, collaborating closely with engineering to scope pilots and ship necessary capabilities.
  • Deploy AI-first systems for outbound engagement, research, customer development, and operations to identify and engage key partners more effectively than traditional methods.
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop a repeatable acquisition and partnership playbook, including positioning, segmentation, and pricing strategies.
  • Establish the operational foundation for the commercial motion, including pipeline visibility, conversion analytics, partner reporting, and performance dashboards.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, feeding structured market insights and revenue-backed feature requests into the product roadmap.
  • Lead outward marketing and category presence, including AI-augmented content creation, positioning narratives, and representing Parallelz at industry events.

Must-Haves

  • Experience in gaming, mobile ad tech, or mobile platform/infrastructure, with a proven track record in owning partnerships, pilots, or products with external customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to both close partners and translate their needs into actionable product specifications for engineering.
  • Strong product instincts and judgment for scoping, prioritizing, and driving delivery with a small engineering team.
  • Fluency with AI tools and agentic workflows, with a history of using them to significantly enhance delivery capabilities.
  • Strong quantitative skills and first-principles thinking.
  • Sharp written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior developers, publishers, and partners.
  • Comfort with the ambiguity, pace, and ownership inherent in an early-stage startup environment.

  • Existing relationships with decision-makers at mobile game studios, publishers, or platforms.
  • Experience as an early product or commercial hire at a startup, where you were instrumental in building the playbook.
