Project Description

As a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for client projects from planning to successful implementation. You will build strong, long-term customer relationships and develop them strategically. You will grow professionally with your tasks and develop step-by-step into a B2B marketing expert, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility and advance into further roles with corresponding development.

Your Tasks:

  • You manage our client projects end-to-end and keep all threads together using tools like Asana.
  • You take responsibility for our client relationships and strategically develop projects further.
  • You accompany our clients from the first kick-off to reporting and are their most important point of contact in the project.
  • You develop effective lead generation strategies and drive their implementation with your team.
  • You present your strategies convincingly and win our clients over to your ideas and concepts.
  • You keep an eye on KPIs, timelines, and results at all times and ensure that projects progress measurably.
  • You bring together internal teams and freelancers, ensuring everyone works together efficiently and at eye level.
  • You develop into an expert in B2B marketing to continuously develop even more effective strategies for our clients together with your team.

Must-haves

  • Experience in customer support (min. 2 years)
  • Experience in project management (min. 2 years)
  • Knowledge of digital tools and platforms
  • Openness, sociability & communication strength towards clients & in the team
  • Reliable, organized work approach in planning & managing projects
  • Proactive mindset, solution-oriented thinking & willingness to develop
  • Ability to "get into the mindset" of target groups and complex IT products
  • Performance orientation & commitment to your area of responsibility
  • German C2 or native level, English business level

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in online marketing, in the B2B and/or IT & Software sector
  • Basic understanding of digital workflows & remote working methods
  • No degree requirement: For us, your performance counts, not your title.

Project Framework and Benefits

  • Collaboration possible as permanent employment or on a freelance basis
  • Start: as soon as possible
  • min. 30 hours per week up to full-time
  • attractive annual salary €50,000 - €65,000 (depending on experience, basis full-time 40 h)
  • 100% remote
  • Communication within CET time zone (Berlin), max. +/- 2 hours.
  • Partnership-based collaboration: Support available from a Marketing Manager (responsible for the channel level of client projects)
  • Access to our own B2B marketing training platform for continuous professional development and expansion of your marketing expertise.
