Whether you're currently studying marketing, exploring study options, or simply keen to gain practical experience, we offer 3-6 months of intensive practical experience. Here, you can learn, experiment, and make a real difference.

Duration & Location:

• Flexible start from August/September/October 2026
• Mandatory internship in Backnang, near Stuttgart.

Your Responsibilities (Aufgaben):

• SEO / AEO: Optimize content for Google and AI search, analyze online visibility.
• Content Creation: Assist in developing high-quality whitepapers, blog posts, and visual graphics.
• Analytics & Reporting: Prepare regular data for strategy meetings using tools like HubSpot, Google Search Console, Matomo, Sistrix, and Hotjar to understand user behavior.
• Socials: Create and schedule LinkedIn posts based on campaigns, and support the social selling efforts of the founders.
• All-around Support: Engage in diverse tasks including market analysis, CRM data maintenance, and AI automation, contributing to the daily needs of an agile marketing team.

Your Qualifications (Qualifikation):

• Education: Currently pursuing a relevant degree (Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, Business Psychology, etc.) and require a mandatory internship as part of your studies.
• Skills: A good sense for text, design, and digital tools, with proficiency in using ChatGPT effectively to create non-robotic content.
• Mindset: Proactive, resourceful, eager to learn about marketing beyond academic theory, and values self-responsibility.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, adept at giving and receiving feedback, and enthusiastic about working within a motivated team. German language proficiency is essential.
