About the Role: Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind client projects from conception to successful completion. We're looking for an individual who thrives on taking ownership, actively shaping projects rather than just managing them. You will be a key strategic partner for our clients and a valuable team member, sharing your expertise and contributing to the team's growth. With demonstrated success, there's a clear path to a leadership role with staff responsibility.

Your Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of client projects using tools like Asana.
• Ownership and strategic development of client relationships and projects.
• Guiding clients from initial kickoff through to reporting, serving as their primary project contact.
• Developing effective lead generation strategies and driving their implementation with your team.
• Presenting strategies persuasively and gaining client buy-in for concepts.
• Monitoring KPIs, timelines, and results to ensure measurable project progress.
• Coordinating internal teams and freelancers for efficient, collaborative work.
• Actively sharing expertise within the team and supporting other project managers.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management.
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms.
• Openness, sociability, and strong communication skills (client and team).
• Reliable and organized approach to project planning and execution.
• Proactive mindset, solution-oriented thinking, and commitment to continuous development.
• Ability to understand target audience insights and complex IT products.
• Performance-oriented and engaged in your area of responsibility.
• German: C2 or Native; English: Business Level.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in online marketing, B2B, and/or IT & Software sectors.
• Basic understanding of digital workflows and remote work practices.
• Formal qualifications are secondary to performance and experience.

Project Framework and Benefits:

• Permanent employment.
• Start Date: As soon as possible.
• Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week, up to full-time.
• Salary: €60,000 - €75,000 annually (based on full-time, 40h/week, depending on experience).
• Location: 100% remote.
• Communication: Expected within CET (Berlin) time zone, +/- 2 hours maximum.
• Collaboration: Supportive environment with a Marketing Manager overseeing channel-level strategy.
• Development: Access to an internal B2B marketing training platform for continuous learning.
